Error Performing your Request

This is the message coming out when i'm trying to upload a new blogger template. You can see that i have this template from blogger and i don't really like it. I like the one that has a 3 column template ones. But theres a problem, i downloaded like 5 of it and, wwaaalllaaaahhh, all of it doesn't work,
grrrrr!!!
There's an error message coming out that "unable to complete your request. I been trying this for 3 days but the result is still the same.
I reallt like those pink templates!!!!
