cpm is improved and profits increase. 'Strategic Management' is making sure an organisation moves in the right direction. The global economy has resulted in a shift in the worldwide business base that is forcing managers and corporations to adjust and to shed their parochial views. Managers in this new environment will have a fast response capability, will be comfortable with cross-cultural influences, knowledge of international relationships and foreign affairs, and global responsibilities.
